What we collect
Only what a form asks for. On the application form that is your name, email, the role you are applying for, a portfolio link, hours per week and your answer to the open question. On the enquiry and information pack forms it is your name, email and message. We do not ask for anything else and we do not collect anything in the background.
Why we collect it
To read your application or answer your enquiry. Nothing is used for advertising, nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with a third party for their own purposes.
Where it is stored
The forms on this site do not send anything to a server yet. They prepare an email in your own mail program, so nothing reaches us until you press send, and what we then hold is that email in our mailbox. No database is running and no submission is stored anywhere else.
How long we keep it
We keep an application for twelve months from the date you send it, so we can come back to you if a role opens again. Enquiries are kept for twelve months. After that they are deleted, from the mailbox and from the database if one is running.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no third party trackers. There is no analytics on it, which is why you were never asked to consent to anything. If we add analytics later it will be a cookieless product, so this stays true and no banner appears.
Your rights and how to ask
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ninefoldstudio.com and say which. We will action a deletion request within thirty days and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
