We work with a small number of people and we are specific about who fits. Two roles are open. Both are ongoing collaborations, not vacancies and not one off freelance work.

Video editor, long form

You are comfortable in DaVinci Resolve, you work to a fixed house style rather than your own, and you ship on a weekly rhythm. Long form means long form. The work is pacing, clarity and consistency across a slate, not one showpiece edit.

Research and packaging

You find subjects, build the angle and write the titles and thumbnail concepts that go with them. You work to a channel brief and you can tell the difference between a subject that is interesting and a subject that will hold for a full episode.

Work happens where you are, on your hours.

The week is agreed at the start of it, not handed down.
One fixed weekly call
One call a week, same slot. That is the whole meeting load.

The stack is set. You do not pick it and you do not pay for it.

What we expect

Reliability over speed
A predictable week beats a fast one. We plan around what you actually deliver.
Work that ships
Finished and published counts. Nearly finished does not.
Say it when you are blocked
Tell us the day it happens. A blocked week you told us about is a normal week.

What we offer

Arrangements are agreed per person and are performance based. We do not publish percentages or amounts, and we will not quote one before we have spoken. What we will say up front is that the arrangement is written down before you start.
